Change your email, name or password
What you can change yourself, and what we change for you.

Password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. Signed in with Google or Apple? There's no LeadMeNot password to reset; use that account's own sign-in.

Step 2 of 4
Email address
Your account is tied to the email you signed up with, so this one we change for you. Email jason@leadmenot.org from the new address and tell us the old one.
Misspelled your email at sign-up and can't get the verification? Same thing: email us from the correct address.

Name or username
Changing the display name isn't self-serve yet. Email jason@leadmenot.org with your account email and the name you want.

Accidentally made a second account?
It happens when you sign in a different way (email one time, Google the next). Email jason@leadmenot.org with both emails and say which one has your subscription. We'll merge or remove the extra one.
Don't pay again on the second account. Your subscription is on the first one.
