Ask them to remove you
They do it under You › Partner. If their Safe Wall needs your approval, you'll get a request to approve your own removal. Approve it.
Fallback

If you can't reach them, or don't want to
Email jason@leadmenot.org and say you want to be removed as a partner on their account. You don't need their permission. We'll also stop the emails.

Encourage them to replace you
Being without a partner quietly removes the thing that makes LeadMeNot work. If you can, suggest someone before you go.
